Meditation Mondays operates on generosity, so the cost of the class is whatever feels generous for you but also allows you to attend as much as you’d like.

A 30 minute sit with casual check-ins around meditation practice. Class begins with easy, intuitive movement. A great way to start your weekend!
Bring a yoga mat if you have one. The space has some, but we do run out of mats with larger class sizes.
Towards Awakening
Towards Awakening is a Buddhist practice group dedicated to providing a supportive container for deepening the path of liberation in community.
Facilitated by Jeff Grizzard, the group is grounded in the Buddhist understanding that Awakening, or liberation from suffering, is possible in this very life, and emphasizes the cultivation of ethics (sīla), concentration (samādhi), and wisdom (paññā) as articulated in traditional early Buddhist teachings.
Each meeting includes a period of silent or guided meditation, a shared Dharma reading or recording from a senior teacher, and time for group discussion and questions.
Practitioners of all experience levels are welcome. This class is offered freely.

Meditation Mondays is a community drop-in class that happens every Monday night (with the exception of some holidays). It’s usually taught by Upaska Upali aka Paul, and hosted by group leaders when Paul is out of town teaching.
